Ricky Bloomfield is Chief Medical Officer at ŌURA. He is board-certified in internal medicine, pediatrics and clinical informatics, spent eight years at Apple leading the health records work, and was a hospitalist at Duke before that. At Oura he runs clinical validation, regulatory strategy and outcomes research, and he has publicly proposed a new FDA pathway for screening features that sit between consumer wellness and regulated medical device.
