The Stay Human Briefing: A Live AI Briefing for Teams

Most AI training teaches people to prompt. We think that’s starting in the wrong place. First, the map

We start with IRX, our index of irreducible work—the five reasons a piece of work resists being pulled apart and handed to a machine: being there, making hard calls, combining knowledge, solving new problems, and taste. Everyone in the room locates their own work on it. Most people discover they’re standing on one or two spokes, which is exactly why AI feels threatening—and the map shows the move: broadening, with AI, into the spokes you don’t hold yet. This is where the conversation tends to change, because the question shifts from what will AI take to where can I grow.

Then, the mechanism

AI does three things to your thinking with every use. It bends what things mean to you. It blends into your process until you can’t find the seam. And you bond with it—it shapes who you’re becoming. None of them is optional; they arrive with use. Directed, they’re how the growth on the map actually happens. Undirected, they’re drift, and drift is what your people are feeling when they say they don’t trust AI.

Then, the practice
